Based in New York City, I work in law, technology, and their intersection.
A former corporate attorney, I started my career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore after graduating from the University of Western Australia and Harvard Law School. I launched Clickwrapped, a service that reviews major consumer websites according to how well they respect users' rights (COVERAGE: The Next Web, TIME.com). I also write about these issues (e.g. VentureBeat).
I also work on my own startups. I launched EveryLodge, a travel sale aggregator, in 2012 (TechCrunch, Chicago Tribune, USA Today). My other projects, mostly still under development, relate to travel and education.
In addition to my occasional writings about technology and privacy issues (see above), I am in the early stages of writing a book about technology and media; more details to be posted soon to a separate website.
